Hospitality - This ministry is responsible for making sure our special guests are taken care of at all events with an elevated level of care and attention to detail. This includes but is not limited to preparing and coordinating meals for special events, decorating outside venues, and assisting the events ministry with creating an experience.

​

Worship Team - To be a part of this ministry, you must be a worshipper, as well as demonstrate a lifestyle committed to gaining exposure in all genres of worship. You must demonstrate the ability to clearly embrace the style of worship expected, gain exposure from various resources, interpret the Pastor’s vision, and integrate it into our worship experience.

​

Band - To join this ministry, you must play a musical instrument and be able to serve in this capacity for Sunday services. Along with attending Sunday, you must be able to attend weekly bandrehearsals to ensure music is well prepared for services. Upon request, musicians may be contracted to play for Pastoral engagements and church functions.

Media - This ministry is responsible for video production, sound, live stream, and Pro-Presenter.

Although this ministry is technical, we provide training for you to be successful.

Outreach - Do you enjoy telling people about Jesus? This ministry may be for you! Outreach is responsible for reaching those that are farfrom Christ. On certain days, this ministry goes out into the community and spreads the gospel of Jesus Christ. Don’t worry we will train you.

Events - Are you organized? Do you enjoy having fun? Then considerjoining this ministry. They are responsible for coordinating and organizing all special events for Transformation Church. Events couldrange from setting up a small party to dropping thousands of eggs outof a helicopter for Easter Sunday.

Communications - If you have a background or experience in content creating, social media, marketing, and digital engagement, then this may be the one for you! This ministry is responsible for curating content that will be posted on social media, websites, and anydigital space. This ministry requires creative people.

​

Youth Ministry - The purpose of this ministry is to equip students through Bible study teachings and discipleship. This ministry will alsohelp students on the importance of having a Christian worldview and how it applies to all areas of life. This ministry also provides leadership training to students.

​

Young Adult/College Ministry - The purpose of this ministry is torecruit, train and organize college age and young adult volunteer leaders to help with the youth ministry. This includes but is not limited to leading Bible studies, planning social or service activities, providing transportation or food, attending the various youth group events, and involving themselves more actively in the lives of the students.

​

Facilities - This ministry is responsible for cleaning, organizing, and preparing the worship facilities for services and/or functions.

 

Personal Assistants - This ministry is responsible for serving the ministerial staff at Transformation Church. This includes ensuring they are properly informed, cared for and assisted during worship experience.

​

VIP - This ministry is responsible for ensuring all visitors and members have an organized and guided worship experience. VIP members are the first people you come in contact within the parking lot, entrance of the church or at the Connection Tent. This ministry requires you to be pleasant, welcoming, and engaging.

​

Member Services - This ministry has the responsibility of keeping records of all new members and visitors to enter the into the database. Member Services maintains up to date and accurate membership statistics, reports, and visitor information to provide to Lead Pastor upon request. Additionally Member Services assist in facilitating engaging experiences and learning opportunities

for members, new members, and visitors.

Dance Ministry - The dance ministry is responsible for leading God’s people into God’s presence through praise and worship in dance, and to usher in the Holy Spirit through ministering in dance. This includes expressive worship through large flags, baton flags, cloths, streamers, fans, tambourines, and other instruments of worship. The dance ministry collaborates with other Ministries for services and special events. This person should be a team player witha passion for ministry, a passion for dance and choreography.
